This section is my summary of studying Mathematics.

Mathematics, this is the fourth (4th) of five (5) subjects in the “LIFEPAC” curriculum books or computerized “Switched-On Schoolhouse” curriculum that we use for our education. Switched-On Schoolhouse Math is a comprehensive, easy-to-use curriculum for grades 3-12. Students will develop and build math skills through the use of various question formats, multiple exercise techniques, and fun learning games. This motivating math curriculum prepares students for using math successfully in real-life situations. Concepts are developed through grade levels to ensure mastery. The curriculum targets this goal by focusing on the major themes of number skills, geometry, algebra, data analysis, and probability.

I’m currently in ninth (9th) grade Mathematics. I enjoy learning hidden ways to solve math problems. I love that math and logic parallel computer programming functionality that I enjoy so much. Mathematics aids me in my understanding and passion for programming. Math is also used in so many other things in life: cooking, designing, building, accounting, computers, etc…
