Scripting On The Web

JavaScript is used very extensively in web development. It’s the scripting language behind dynamic webpages and the amazing jQuery library.

I wanted to learn JavaScript because it could enrich me in web development and help me to learn HTML5, the new version of HTML. I got “Robin Nixon’s JavaScript Crash Course” book for Christmas in 2012 and have just finished reading it. I now have to tackle the enormous “Pro jQuery” book. jQuery is one of the largest JavaScript libraries for the advanced DOM API and is awesome for the manipulation of webpages.

I hope that one day I will be able to finish this jQuery book and make some awesome dynamic websites, as well as master the HTML5 Canvas.
